Yes from this year, the village committee will follow the Triangle procedure. The committee is to reform. It will reform in next meeting, so that more women are represented and also Dalits, if applicable. |

The villagers decided to spend the granted Nrs. 85,000 by investing NRs.5,000/- on scholarships, NRs.5,000/- on path improvement, NRs.75,000/- in income generation: microloan for goat farming Nrs.50,000/- for 11 persons, and for commercial vegetable farming Nrs.25,000/- for 11 persons |

How were the beneficiaries selected? |
The village committee organized the meeting and made the decisions to distribute the money. Generally the meeting classified the people in four groups, (Class A, Class B, class C and Class D). They made some determinants to classify the people (land, yearly income, professions, literacy). They included the people in Class A who have more land , high income profession, and can save money from their yearly income, in class B they include the people who can manage their life only for nine month from their yearly income, class C they include the people who can manage their life only for six month from their yearly income, and class D they include the people who can manage their life only for three month from their yearly income.They selected 11 people from class D and decided to give microloan for vegetable farming and 11 people for goat farming and distribute the scholarships. |
Did the villagers have any comments/questions for the Triangle? |
They would like to thank the Triangle organization for its support, and they wish continuous help of the organization. And if they got the big amount of money fond they would like to use the fund for constructions of school buildings. Good roads, good drinking water more loan for bigger income generation etc. |

1. Settlement level planning was completed. 2. All Income generation activities, Goat farming, Path improvement, Scholarship, Commercial Vegetable farming, Drinking water conservation etc. are under Implementation |
All the activities were delayed because of heavy and delayed rain, local festival, the second Constitutional Assembly Election in November and the end of season party. All implementation of all activities is on going. It is expected to be finalized soon. |

All the student who have got the scholarship are happy and they all passed the previous class All people who got the microloan are happy. They are increasing their income. The path improvement plan from previous year is complete. So people can run their cows, buffaloes and oxen easily up and down the mountain. |
