The villager’s perception was that the Triangle support was very low. After the settlement level planning training and exercise and facilitation from ASK that the money is for supporting system. Now villagers understood and spending in right way. ASK cooperates and fully focused on the settlement level planning (SLP) process and explain that that the SLP is done through training from Triangle, which also included the engagement of communities to plan and apply for projects from the Village Development Committee. The villagers saw that the Triangle in partnership with ASK is supporting planning, implementation, monitoring, coordination and reporting. |

Did the villagers have any comments/questions for the Triangle? |
Due to lack of awareness it was difficult to manage the money in the right way in previous year and because of some conflict of interest. But after villagers participated in SLP they developed trust and realized, fully agreed, and called it a realistic and participatory way of planning for the village. However, Triangle/ASK has to provide more technical support for the SLP. |
