What were the issues raised at the village meeting?	Income generation activities, scholarships, health and sanitation, education for children, environmental issues, drinking water, enterprise development, path leading to the village.
What were the priorities presented by the committees?	Scholarships, toilets, path to the village.
What did the villagers decide to spend the funds on?	The villagers decided to spend the granted Nrs. 52,000 by investing 5.000 in scholarships, 10.000 on sanitary issues, 21.000 on the path reform and 15.000 on refunding loan(?)

Activity plan	Activities already Implemented – Scholarships have been distributed to students. – Toilets will be built as soon as possible. – Work on the path will conduct after the monsoon.
Who is responsible for the implementation?	The committee.
How were the beneficiaries selected?	The committee collected information on the need for money from the villagers. After establishing the need for money, the villagers organized a meeting and made criteria for the distribution of money. The indicators for the distribution of money were: – the family who does not have enough land, – lack of food, – laborers who work for others, – landless people, – unemployment, – the family is positive and willing to work to improve their living condition.
Did the villagers have any comments/questions for the Triangle?	One of the members of the committee asked the purpose of Trianglen. The purpose and the methods were explained in a satisfactory way,
