Yes the villagers followed the triangle procedure. There were not any deviations.

Cast discrimination, women empowerment, health and sanitation, education for children, income generation activities, environment sanitation, toilet, drinking water, enterprise development, micro-enterprise development

Income generating activities for women, pure drinking water for the school student, imperishable found for the scholarship for poor students

Activity plan: When are the activities going to be implemented?

12 persons started the income generating activities (Goat rising, ginger farming and small poultry established) already.

The scholarship will be distributed in end of the season

20 Improved cook stop installation continuously.

1 women health volunteer awarded by the committee.

Who is responsible for the implementation?

The committee plays the vital role to implement the all activities and after that VDC Secretary and triangle responsible person Hari also support to implement.

How were the beneficiaries selected?

the family who has no more land
No good house.
Lack of food for whole year.
Labors.
Helpless peoples.
Unemployed family.
No guarantee for settlement.

Were there any disagreements – discussions about the priorities?

What was the role of the Triangle facilitator?

The facilitator focus on the main issues and the income generating activities, give the information of the triangle and support to planning, implementation, monitoring, coordination and reporting.

Did the villagers have any comments/ questions for the Triangle?

Lack of awareness, it is difficult to manage the money to right way.

They have no proper knowledge for the business or income generating activities.

It will be necessary to provide capacity building training to the villagers.
