The the village committee has not followed the Triangle procedure yet. The facilitator facilitated and encouraged the villagers to follow that there should be at least three women in the committee. |

The villagers spent the granted Nrs. 85,000 by investing 15,000/- for scholarship for 12 boys and 4 girls, 15,000/- for community building repairing, 25,000/- for goat farming microloan for five persons, 10,000/- Soap Making Training, 10,000/-Smell instant stick making training, 10.000/- and Candle making training 32 persons took part in the training (23 girls and 9 boys ). |

How were the beneficiaries selected? |
The village committee organized the meeting and made the decisions to distribute the money. Generally the meeting classified the people in four groups (Class A, Class B, class C and Class D). They made some determinants to classify the people (land, yearly income, professions, literacy). They included the people in Class A who have more land , high income profession, and can save money from their yearly income, they include the people who can proceed their life only for nine month from their yearly income in class B, they include the people who can proceed their life only for six month from their yearly income in class C and they include the people who can proceed their life only for three month from their yearly income in class D. They selected 5 people from class D and decided to give microloan for goat farming and distribute the scholarships. The scholarships are continued for previous students. |

Did the villagers have any comments/questions for the Triangle? |
They would like to thank the Triangle organization for its support, and they wish continuous help of the organization. And if they got the big amount of money fond they would like to use the fund for constructions of school buildings. Good rest places (Chautari), good roads etc. And they expected more loans for income generation. |

All the activities were delayed because of transformation of the money delayed From Ask account to Village account heavy and delayed rain, local festival, the second CA election and the season of party. All implementation of all activities is on-going. It is expected to be finalized soon. |

All the student who have got the scholarship are happy and they all passed the previous class Nrs. 10,000.00 were planned for smell instant stick making training but they need more fund for soap making and candle making training though the materials are expensive so they added the planned money for soap making and candle making training. And Nrs. 15,000/- for community building repairing but the money is not enough so they want to deposit the money for next year planning. |
