Activity plan: When are the activities going to be implemented?

5 persons started the income generating activities already.

4 poor children got scholarship for the study easily.

The youth club got dress, volleyball, pump, and minut for the better sports.

The school has compound for the security.

Who is responsible for the implementation?

The committee plays the vital role to implement the all activities and after that VDC Secretary and triangle responsible person Hari also support to implement.

How were the beneficiaries selected?

  • Organize the all villagers meeting.
  • Discussion with villagers and basically made some indicators for beneficiaries. likewise, the family who has no more land, No good house, Lack of food for whole year, Labors, Landless people, Helpless peoples, Unemployed family, No guarantee for settlement etc.

Were there any disagreements – discussions about the priorities?

What was the role of the Triangle facilitator?

The money is very little so it is difficult to fulfill the expectation of the villagers.

The facilitator focus on the main issues and the income generating activities, give the information of the triangle and support to planning, implementation, monitoring, coordination and reporting

Did the villagers have any comments/ questions for the Triangle?

Lack of awareness it is difficult to manage the money to right way.

They have no proper knowledge for the business of income generating activities.

It will be necessary to provide capacity building training to the villagers.
